What it is
You can set defaults in Settings and customize each reminder on the Add or Edit form.
Tips
- Settings > Read notifications aloud sets the default for new reminders.
- Settings > Default sound for new reminders chooses Default, Note, Alert, Chime, or Silent.
- Read-aloud uses your phone system text-to-speech voice, not a voice inside Smara.
- On iPhone: Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Voices.
- On Android: Settings > Text-to-speech output.
- Allow notification permission when Smara asks so alerts and read-aloud can work.
