Strivor is a study productivity app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using Strivor, you agree to this policy.

a) Information you provide in the app

Profile details, for example display name and optional profile photo.
Study data you enter, including subjects, chapters, sessions, exams, scores, goals, and settings.
Optional custom labels, for example custom board and test names.

b) Device and app data

Basic technical information needed to run the app, such as device type, OS version, and app version.
Crash and error diagnostics, if enabled by platform tooling.

c) Notification permissions

If you enable reminders, Strivor requests notification permission and stores reminder preferences locally.

d) Camera, photos, and documents permissions

If you choose to set a profile photo, Strivor may request access to camera, photo library, or files. These are optional and only used when you trigger those actions.

3. How We Use Information

Provide core app features, including progress tracking, XP, level progression, reminders, and analytics.
Personalize your experience, including themes, settings, and board or test context.
Maintain app reliability and debug issues.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Strivor primarily stores user study and profile data locally on your device. Data remains until you delete it, uninstall the app, or use in-app reset and delete features.

If cloud or backend features are added in future versions, this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data with service providers only as necessary to run app infrastructure, for example push notifications, app hosting, and crash diagnostics, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

Strivor may include external links, for example YouTube links. Opening external links takes you to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Strivor is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe such data has been provided, contact us to request deletion.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can edit or delete in-app data at any time.
You can disable notifications in device settings.
You can remove profile photo and reset app data from within the app.
You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.

10. International Use

By using Strivor, you understand your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
